　　BEIJING, Dec. 3 (Xinhua) — By reporter Huang Yue: On the eve of the 37th International Volunteer Day, the All-China Women’s Federation issued a notice to launch the thematic campaign “Studying, Publicizing and Implementing the Spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China: Women Volunteers in Action.” The Federation at all levels will coordinate to mobilize representatives to the 20th CPC National Congress, women’s federation officials, members of the executive committee, March 8th Red Banner holders, model women who have made outstanding contributions, and exemplary five‑good families—among other female volunteers—to go deep into the grassroots and carry out publicity and education activities, as well as provide volunteer services.

　　It is reported that women’s federations at all levels will organize female volunteers to tailor their efforts to local conditions, carrying out visits to women facing particular hardships, providing care and condolences to the elderly and children in the community, fulfilling women’s small but heartfelt wishes, hosting community workshops on family education and family values, and offering on-site legal outreach and consultation services. These initiatives aim to help address the concerns, worries, and anxieties of women, translating the study, publicity, and implementation of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China into concrete actions that deliver tangible benefits to women, and bringing the Party’s care and warmth directly to them.

　　Liu Yang, a part-time vice chairwoman of the All-China Women’s Federation and a top‑ranked astronaut with the Chinese People’s Liberation Army Astronaut Corps, has issued an appeal from the Chinese Space Station as a female volunteer, calling for the vigorous promotion of the spirit of volunteering and the Lei Feng spirit. She urges active participation in women’s volunteer care initiatives, striving to be builders of great undertakings, advocates of civilized conduct, and courageous dream‑chasers, thus writing an even more splendid chapter of women’s volunteer service in the new era.
