　　BEIJING, May 16 (Xinhua) — From May 10 to 12, the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs jointly held a special video training program on comprehensively advancing rural revitalization. More than 33,000 agricultural-related officials at the provincial, city, county, and township levels across the country participated in the training simultaneously online.

　　The training program was centered on studying and implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. It focused on deepening understanding of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important expositions on “agriculture, rural areas, and farmers” work, with particular emphasis on key tasks such as comprehensively advancing rural revitalization, accelerating the building of a strong agricultural country, and further strengthening Party building to drive rural revitalization. The program sought to educate and guide agricultural‑related cadres to steadfastly use Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era to forge their convictions and fortify their resolve, firmly uphold the “two establishments,” resolutely practice the “two safeguards,” continuously enhance their capabilities and qualities, and constantly refine their working methods, thereby ensuring the effective implementation of the CPC Central Committee’s decisions and arrangements on “agriculture, rural areas, and farmers” work. Participants generally reported that the training provided authoritative policy interpretations, in‑depth explanations, and concrete work requirements, effectively spurring extensive learning and comprehensive training among agricultural‑related cadres and strongly promoting their ongoing efforts to strengthen their overall capacity for advancing rural revitalization.

　　The training program is hosted on the “Chongnong Cloud Lecture Hall” online platform, with a main classroom in Beijing and satellite classrooms set up at provincial agricultural and rural affairs departments, as well as at selected municipal and county-level agricultural and rural affairs agencies and township-level units. It adopts a blended approach, combining centralized video lectures with in-person seminars and exchanges. Officials from relevant divisions of the Central Organization Department and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs delivered courses during the program.
