    Announcement No. 567 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the Ministry of Natural Resources, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the Ministry of Housing and Urban–Rural Development, the General Administration of Customs, and the National Forestry and Grassland Administration

     

    In accordance with the Biosecurity Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, in collaboration with the Ministry of Natural Resources, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the Ministry of Housing and Urban–Rural Development, the General Administration of Customs, and the National Forestry and Grassland Administration, has formulated the “List of Key Managed Invasive Alien Species,” which is hereby promulgated and shall enter into force on January 1, 2023.

    This is hereby announced.
