Recently, in accordance with the requirements of the “Notice on Issuing the 2021 Plan for the Formulation and Revision of National and Industry Standards in Agriculture” issued by the Market and Informationization Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the Agricultural Informatization Standardization Technical Committee of the same ministry, the Institute of Agricultural Information, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, has released a draft agricultural industry standard titled “Technical Specification for Blockchain-Based Regulation of Pesticides.” Details are as follows:

To all relevant units and experts:

In accordance with the requirements of the “Notice on Issuing the 2021 Plan for the Formulation and Revision of National and Industry Standards in Agriculture” issued by the Market and Informationization Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the Agricultural Informatization Standardization Technical Committee of the Ministry, the draft of the agricultural industry standard “Technical Specification for Blockchain-Based Regulation of Pesticides,” prepared by the Institute of Agricultural Information, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, has been completed. Pursuant to the relevant regulations governing the formulation and revision of agricultural industry standards set forth by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, public comments are now being solicited. Please submit your proposed revisions based on practical considerations and complete the feedback form. Feedback should be submitted via email or letter to the contact person no later than December 5, 2022.
