　　The National Teleconference on Spring Agricultural Production was held in Beijing on March 2. Li Keqiang, Member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Premier of the State Council, issued an important instruction. The instruction emphasized that ensuring sound agricultural and rural work in the inaugural year of the 14th Five-Year Plan is of great significance. All regions and departments should adhere to Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as their guiding principle, earnestly implement the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, and make concerted efforts to consolidate and expand the achievements made in poverty alleviation while comprehensively advancing rural revitalization. At present, spring agricultural production is steadily getting underway, with tight farming schedules and heavy tasks.
