Recently, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs released the latest “National List of Agricultural Plant Quarantine Pests” and “List of Plants and Plant Products Subject to Quarantine.” The full text of the announcement is as follows.

In accordance with the provisions of the Plant Quarantine Regulations, our Ministry has organized the revision of the “National List of Agricultural Plant Quarantine Pests” and the “List of Plants and Plant Products Subject to Quarantine,” which are hereby promulgated and put into effect. The “National List of Agricultural Plant Quarantine Pests” and the “List of Plants and Plant Products Subject to Quarantine,” issued by our Ministry on June 4, 2009, are hereby repealed simultaneously.
