On June 8, 2020, in order to implement the State Council’s spirit of the “delegation, regulation, and service” reform, promote pesticide export trade, and optimize the business environment, and in accordance with the Regulations on the Administration of Pesticides and the Measures for the Administration of Pesticide Registration, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs hereby issues the following announcement regarding matters related to the registration of export‑only pesticides—i.e., pesticides not intended for use within the territory of China:
