　　The meeting emphasized that the province’s specialty industries must earnestly implement the requirements of supply-side structural reform in agriculture, prioritize high-quality development, and advance key initiatives centered around “three leverage points,” the creation of “two industrial clusters,” and the successful organization of “three major conferences.” Specifically, this entails building large-scale demonstration zones for crop cultivation at a high starting point, launching the establishment of premium‑quality production areas to stringent standards, and developing high‑quality demonstration bases for premium products. It also calls for elevating efforts to foster the summer‑overwintering edible mushroom and duck‑pear industry clusters, and for hosting, at a high level, three matchmaking events: the Chinese Medicinal Materials Conference, the Pear E‑Commerce Conference, and the Northern Facility Vegetable Conference. At the same time, great importance must be attached to and effective measures implemented for demonstrating efficient water‑saving practices and ensuring disaster resilience and stable supply.

　　The meeting emphasized that, against the backdrop of the global spread of COVID‑19, the production structure, demand patterns, sales channels, and export dynamics of specialized industries are confronting numerous new changes and challenges. All levels of agricultural and rural affairs departments must cultivate a strong sense of responsibility and unwavering confidence in victory, focus on the province’s key priorities, identify shortcomings and address weak links, and effectively advance high‑quality development across all areas of work.
