| Recently, the Jiangsu Provincial Emergency Management Department issued Announcement No. 9 of 2019, stating that as of July 31, 2019, a total of 45 hazardous chemical production enterprises across the province—including Nanjing Weier Pharmaceutical and Jiangsu Junsheng Chemical—had either had their “Safety Production Licenses for Hazardous Chemical Production Enterprises” expired or had ceased engaging in hazardous chemical production activities during the license’s validity period; accordingly, their safety production licenses have been revoked. |
