At 9:00 a.m. on April 11, the groundbreaking ceremony for the company’s office building project was held with great solemnity. All cadres and employees of Derui, along with representatives from the construction contractor and the supervision team, gathered at the site. As stirring music filled the air and colorful ribbons fluttered in the breeze, the ceremony commenced amid applause and the crackle of firecrackers. The ceremony was presided over by Ban Yaoqiang, Deputy Director of the General Affairs Department, while General Manager Chu Deyong delivered the opening address. He stated that the company will uphold its corporate mission of “pursuing green development and serving global agriculture,” advancing to a new stage and continuously growing stronger and larger. The construction of the comprehensive office building aims to provide employees with more comfortable living conditions and a pleasant working environment, enabling them to fully enjoy the benefits of the enterprise.

The deputy general managers and all cadres and employees joined in, collectively breaking ground on the project, creating a scene of jubilant celebration.

　　Amid applause and music, the groundbreaking ceremony for the office building of Derui Chemical Co., Ltd. concluded successfully, marking the official start of construction. This milestone heralds a new chapter in the company’s development.

　　The company’s office building project has a gross floor area of 1,814.06 m². ² Integrating office space, meeting facilities, residential units, and dining areas into a single complex, the project has a construction period of six months. Upon completion, it will significantly enhance and upgrade working, accommodation, and dining conditions, creating an optimal environment for employees to perform their duties more effectively.
