To meet the demands of the company’s rapid growth and guided by the business principles of “safety first, environmental protection paramount, lean production, and innovative marketing,” the company has undertaken an optimization and restructuring of its organizational framework, clearly defining the responsibilities of senior executives, departments, and managerial personnel. As part of this institutional reform, the Safety & Environmental Department and the Technical Department have been abolished, and a new Safety, Environment, and Technical Support Department has been established. This department will oversee the company’s occupational safety management, environmental protection supervision, technological advancement and R&D, as well as the maintenance, administration, and performance evaluation of equipment, automation systems, and electrical facilities, thereby ensuring the smooth operation of all production activities. In addition, the production workshops have been consolidated: Workshop No. 1 and Workshop No. 2 have been created.

Content of Institutional Reform

The Safety, Environmental Protection, and Technology Departments will be abolished, and a Safety, Environmental Protection, and Technical Support Department will be established. This new department will be responsible for the company’s production safety management, environmental protection oversight and compliance, technological advancement and R&D, as well as the maintenance, management, and performance evaluation of equipment, automation systems, and electrical facilities, thereby ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s production activities.

The production workshop was abolished, and Workshops No. 1 and No. 2 were established to handle the production of intermediates and active pharmaceutical ingredients. An Environmental Protection Center was also set up to manage the treatment of thiamethoxam‑containing wastewater, operate the incinerator and the biochemical treatment ponds, and ensure that all three types of waste comply with emission standards.

Reorganize the Production Management Department, granting it greater authority and expanded responsibilities to effectively manage production planning and organization, as well as resource allocation and coordination.

Cadre Competition for Appointment

Following institutional reform, the selection of cadres has become particularly important. The company in 2018 On the afternoon of March 20, the company convened its first-ever competitive recruitment session for mid-level managers since its establishment. The event was held in two sessions, with nine positions up for competition and a total of 14 candidates participating. A total of 19 presentations and Q&A rounds were conducted, and the candidates’ proactive, positive attitude and spirit were unanimously commended by the company’s leadership.
