Recently, the General Office of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security issued a notice promulgating 16 national occupational skill standards, covering occupations such as pesticide production workers. The full text is as follows: To the human resources and social security departments (bureaus) of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government, and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps; to the personnel and labor‑security agencies of relevant ministries and commissions of the State Council and its directly affiliated institutions; to the personnel and labor‑security agencies of relevant industry organizations; and to the Bureau of Military Personnel and Civilian Personnel of the Political Work Department of the Central Military Commission: In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Labor Law of the People’s Republic of China, our ministry has organized the development of 16 national occupational skill standards, including that for labor relations coordinators. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Labor Law of the People’s Republic of China, our Ministry has organized the development of 16 national occupational skill standards, including that for labor relations coordinators, which are hereby promulgated and put into effect. The corresponding former national occupational skill standards are hereby repealed.
