Announcement No. 148 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the People’s Republic of China In order to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products and the safety of the ecological environment, in accordance with relevant provisions of the Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Regulations on the Administration of Pesticides, and in compliance with the requirements of the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants, and based on risk assessments, deliberations by the National Pesticide Registration Review Committee, and public consultation, it is hereby decided to adopt the following management measures for flupyradifurone: 1. Effective from the date of issuance of this announcement, no further applications for pesticide registration shall be accepted or approved for any pesticide product containing flupyradifurone (including technical-grade material, single‑component formulations, and formulated mixtures of this active ingredient; the same shall apply hereinafter).
