    Researchers from the College of Forestry at Henan University of Science and Technology used the immersion method to determine the toxicity of imidacloprid against second-stage juveniles of the peanut root-knot nematode, as well as against Pratylenchus coffeae, Bursaphelenchus xylophilus, Bursaphelenchus mucronatus, and Ditylenchus dipsaci, under varying concentrations and exposure times. They also assessed its inhibitory effect on egg hatching of the peanut root-knot nematode. The results indicated that the peanut root-knot nematode was most sensitive to imidacloprid, whereas Ditylenchus dipsaci exhibited the lowest sensitivity. At a concentration of 100 g/L, after 48 hours of treatment, the mortality rates of imidacloprid against the peanut root-knot nematode, Pratylenchus coffeae, Bursaphelenchus mucronatus, Bursaphelenchus xylophilus, and Ditylenchus dipsaci were 91.00%, respectively.
