Notice on Pesticide Production Licensing Issued by the Hebei Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs (Excerpt)

In accordance with the Regulations on the Administration of Pesticides, the Measures for the Administration of Pesticide Production Licenses, and the Detailed Rules for the Examination of Pesticide Production Licenses, among other relevant provisions, following review, Hebei Hesen Chemical Co., Ltd. and one other enterprise have been found to meet the conditions for the renewal of their pesticide production licenses, and their renewals are hereby approved. Hebei Derui Chemical Co., Ltd. and eight other enterprises have been determined to satisfy the requirements for expanding the scope of their pesticide production licenses, and such expansions are hereby approved. Hebei Tianxia Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. and three other enterprises have been found to meet the conditions for the issuance of pesticide production licenses, and their licenses have now been issued. Hebei Sairuidi Chemical Co., Ltd. and seven other enterprises have been found to comply with the regulations governing changes to pesticide production licenses, and such changes are hereby approved.
