Last week (May 13–19), overall demand in the pesticide market remained subdued, with sluggish trading activity and low transaction volumes, continuing the trend from the week before. Most products continued to trade in a consolidating, downward‑trending range; for some, the pace of decline has slowed, leaving limited room for further price drops and signaling signs of stabilization. Market prices exhibited little volatility, remaining largely stable. A small number of products showed tentative signs of a rebound. At present, upstream manufacturers generally maintain ample inventories, ensuring steady supply, while most producers have suspended production or halted operations, focusing instead on clearing existing stock and adopting a cautious stance.
