( 1 ) Project Name: Hebei Derui Chemical Co., Ltd. Annual Production of 3000 Thiamethoxam Technical Upgrade Project

( 2 ) Project Location: Shifu East Road, Gaocheng District, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province 298 Number

( 3 ) Project scope: The second phase of the original pesticide production line technological upgrade project will no longer be implemented. This project will utilize the reserved site within the plant area to construct a new drying and packaging workshop (equipped with tray-type drying equipment), with a total floor area of 1500 square meters; the existing heat exchange station is retrofitted into a boiler room (with one boiler); the workshop is repurposed, with a construction scale of an annual production capacity of thiamethoxam. 1000 ton, spirodiclofen 300 tons, changed to an annual production capacity of thiamethoxam. 3000 tons; the spirodiclofen product line has been discontinued, and existing equipment has been repurposed as a facility for refining and recycling waste salts; additional ancillary production facilities have been added, and new bottom-discharge centrifuges have been installed; automation levels have been upgraded to achieve fully automated process control, and environmental protection systems have been enhanced and retrofitted to meet emission standards. Upon completion and commissioning, the project will be capable of producing thiamethoxam annually. 3000 Ton.
