Thifluzamide using for sheath blight in spring

But the action lasts short and the effect is not so good for the farmers usually use it after the disease appears. Thifluzamide belongs to benzamides germicide and is registered for sheath blight. It is effective for rust, smut and sheath blight and lasts for 30 to 45days.

According to the data of thifluzamide usage, 10ml, 20ml 24%thifluzamide SC per mu after 30days the control effect of sheath blight can reach 94.38%, 97.78%, 97.41 and 97.41% and the white wheat rate is zero. But after the wheat grows out on April 5 and 15 the effect decreases obviously. The results show that the period before the stem pushing is the best period for preventing sheath blight. 10ml to 20ml 24%thifluzamide SC per mu can prevent sheath blight effectively and reduce the white wheat meanwhile increase production.
