To enhance the health awareness and first-aid skills of all our company’s employees, Promote a healthy lifestyle 。3 Company on the morning of the 10th We have specially invited Teacher Yang Hui, a featured lecturer at the Hebei branch of the Safety and Health Education Network and a pioneer in public welfare in Hebei, to deliver a training session on safety and first-aid knowledge.

I. Theoretical Explanation: Teacher Yang Hui emphasized the importance of learning cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and outlined the critical situations in which CPR is necessary, including how to assess consciousness, breathing, and pulse. She then discussed the two key components of CPR—chest compressions and rescue breaths—and provided detailed guidance on precautions to take during the procedure as well as common mistakes to avoid.

II. On-site Drill: Teacher Yang Hui used a mannequin to demonstrate the correct techniques for chest compressions and rescue breathing, and the majority of employees actively participated in the hands-on practice.

Employees who attended the training all expressed that they had gained tremendous benefits. Learning emergency and first-aid skills not only helps protect ourselves but also enables us to save others. Moving forward, we will continue to organize a variety of health‑education workshops, so that together we can keep learning, safeguard lives, and nurture our health!
