2021 On March 25 at 2:00 p.m., Hebei Derui Chemical Co., Ltd. held the “2020 Outstanding Employees and Epidemic Prevention Volunteer Recognition Ceremony.” The event honored a total of 12 outstanding employees and 18 volunteers who contributed to COVID-19 prevention and control.

At the opening of the conference, General Manager Chu Deyong, Deputy General Manager Yin Minggang, Assistant to the General Manager Qu Xincheng, and Deheng Technology’s General Manager Liu Haiying led all attendees in singing the national anthem and reciting the oath.

The company’s corporate culture profoundly shapes its employees, providing a harmonious, mutually supportive, and continuously improving environment for growth. At the same time, the unwavering dedication and selfless contributions of all staff members drive the company’s progress. On the basis of openness and fairness, six outstanding employees from the production departments and six from the functional departments were recognized through a rigorous assessment and evaluation process.

General Manager’s Assistant Qu Xin became the recipient of the Production Department’s Outstanding Employee Award and posed for a commemorative photo.

Deputy General Manager Yin Minggang presented awards to outstanding employees from the functional departments and posed for a group photo.

Outstanding employees Xue Cui, Zhao Liwei, Zhang Yue, and Yang Siyuan delivered impassioned remarks, each expressing heartfelt gratitude to the company and reaffirming their commitment to continuous improvement.

Deputy General Manager of Derui Chemical, Chu Deyong, and General Manager of Deheng Technology, Liu Haiying, jointly presented epidemic‑prevention medals to volunteer workers. In the fight against COVID‑19, the company actively participated by donating funds and supplies. During the period when employees worked from home, they upheld the company’s core values, braved the risks, eagerly signed up, and devoted themselves to frontline efforts, contributing their own strength as members of the Derui family to the battle against the pandemic.

Tang Ke, a representative of the epidemic‑fighting volunteers, spoke: As a member of the Derui community and the family of a medical worker, he faced hardship and danger head‑on to safeguard the safety of our neighborhood, ensuring the well‑being of all residents. The 18 Derui volunteers stepped forward bravely in the face of the pandemic, demonstrating the social commitment and sense of responsibility that define the Derui spirit. They are not only heroes of Derui—they are heroes of our times!

Deputy General Manager Chu Deyong of Derui Chemical extended his congratulations to the outstanding employees of 2020, while reaffirming the company’s determination and confidence in combating the pandemic.
