Chapter 1 General Provisions

Chapter Two Pesticide Packaging waste recycling

Chapter Four: Legal Liability
Article 18: If the agricultural and rural affairs authorities or the ecological environment authorities of people’s governments at or above the county level fail to perform their duties in accordance with the relevant provisions, the persons directly in charge and other persons directly responsible shall be subject to disciplinary sanctions in accordance with the law; if their actions constitute a crime, they shall be investigated for criminal liability in accordance with the law.

In violation of the provisions of this Law, producers, sellers, or users of agricultural inputs fail to promptly collect and dispose of packaging waste from fertilizers and other agricultural inputs, or agricultural plastic film, as required, or fail to do so in a timely manner.
