2020 Senior Employees Symposium

2020 Year 1 On the 2nd of the month, the company hosted a symposium titled “Walking with Derui: A Decade-Plus Veteran Gathering,” which brought together nearly fifty employees. Everyone came together in warm camaraderie, sharing laughter and tears as they recounted one heartfelt story after another about the Derui family…

At the opening of the meeting, General Manager Chu Deyong delivered a speech, stating: “Over the past thirteen years, our company has overcome numerous challenges and achieved one remarkable success after another. This would not have been possible without the hard work and relentless dedication of generation after generation of Derui employees, nor without the unwavering loyalty and devoted contributions of our long-serving staff. On behalf of the Board of Directors, I extend my heartfelt gratitude to all of you.” To recognize and honor the steadfast commitment and invaluable contributions of our veteran employees over the years, each was presented with a Huawei tablet, encouraging them to continue documenting the company’s journey for years to come. Many true stories inspire everyone to follow Huawei’s example and become the backbone of China’s agrochemical industry.

At the meeting 4 A representative of the company’s long-serving employees delivered a speech, and the veteran staff present joined in recalling the challenging years of the company’s development, while also expressing their hopes and best wishes for its future growth.

Meanwhile, the meeting also featured an impromptu “pass-the‑flower” round of open remarks. Each employee who took the stage expressed heartfelt gratitude to the company and voiced strong support for its development over the next three years.

Company 11 This month, the company organized and encouraged employees to write their memoirs. A total of 35 submissions were received. At this symposium, each contributor was recognized with a commemorative insulated water bottle, in the hope that by starting with small gestures, we can warm the hearts of all DeRui employees.
