Letter from the Pesticide Testing Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs Soliciting Comments on a Series of Standards, Including the “Cultivation of Biological Test Materials for Environmental Impact Studies in Pesticide Registration (Draft for Public Comment)”

To all relevant units:

According to the 2019 plan for the development and revision of agricultural industry standards issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, our institute has undertaken the development of 13 standards, including “Cultivation of Biological Test Materials for Environmental Impact Testing in Pesticide Registration.” Drafts for public comment have now been prepared (see Attachments 1–13).

To enhance the applicability and effectiveness of these standards, we are now soliciting broad feedback from relevant administrative authorities, enterprises, industry associations, and experts from all sectors of society. The electronic versions of the relevant standards can be downloaded from the China Pesticide Information Network (www.chinapesticide.org.cn).

If you have any comments, please submit the Standard Consultation Form (Attachment 14) to the Environmental Review Division of the Pesticide Testing Institute, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, by October 25.
