As the technical team of the Hebei Derui Chemical Fertilizer‑Pesticide Project delved into the research and development of these integrated fertilizer‑pesticide products, their application was expanded to sweet potato cultivation. This year, field trials were conducted to evaluate the efficacy of the product in controlling underground pests of sweet potatoes. On September 29, 2018, the project team carried out the field harvest of sweet potatoes. Throughout the process, under the blazing sun, participants carefully collected the tubers, yet they felt the satisfaction of hard work and the joy of a bountiful harvest. In the end, through concerted efforts and unified collaboration, they successfully completed both the yield assessment and the survey of pest‑damage incidence.
