    Since January 2019, the European Union has banned 320 pesticides, including 15 insecticides and acaricides from China.

    Effective January 1, 2019, the European Union officially banned the sale of 320 pesticides within its territory, including 15 insecticides and acaricides that are currently produced, used, or marketed in China. As these pesticides are widely employed in the cultivation of fruits, tea, vegetables, cereals, and other crops, agricultural products treated with them may face returns or destruction when exported to the EU. Today, we have compiled a list of 15 active ingredients associated with insecticides and acaricides in China (based on data from the China Pesticide Information Network as of July 2, 2019), which is shown in the table below. The aforementioned pesticides have already been phased out in the EU, and China is affected by this ban.

    The aforementioned pesticides have already been banned in the European Union. Please ensure proper usage of related products in China to avoid violating national regulations.
