    The “2019 Progress Ledger for Key Tasks of Hebei Province’s Intensive Campaign to Rectify Workplace Safety in the Chemical Industry” was recently issued, mandating that all tasks be advanced in accordance with the timelines specified in the ledger. Details are as follows:

     
    To the People’s Governments of all cities (including Dingzhou and Xinji City), the Management Committee of Xiongan New Area, and the relevant member units of the Provincial Safety Production Committee:
     
    In accordance with the spirit of the province-wide teleconference on the intensive campaign for workplace safety rectification in the chemical industry, convened by Executive Vice Governor Yuan Tongli on March 22, and in compliance with the requirements set forth in the “Notice of the Hebei Provincial Work Safety Committee on Issuing the ‘Hebei Province Chemical Industry Workplace Safety Rectification Intensive Action Plan’” (Ji’anwei [2019] No. 3), our office has studied and formulated the 2019 implementation ledger for the key tasks of this initiative. This document is hereby circulated to you; please ensure its diligent execution.
     
    Please advance all tasks in accordance with the timelines specified in the task ledger. For items explicitly requiring submission, submit progress reports on time to the Office of the Provincial Leading Group for the Special Campaign on Safety Production Rectification in the Chemical Industry (hereinafter referred to as the “Provincial Task Force Office”). If no progress has been made, submit a zero‑report. For any tasks not completed by the deadline, provide a written explanation of the reasons; the Provincial Task Force Office will compile these explanations and report them to the Provincial Government, and, in line with the instructions of provincial leaders, issue a province‑wide notification. In cases of inadequate implementation, the responsible leading officials will be summoned for talks.
