The 24% thifluzamide suspension concentrate is highly effective against rice sheath blight, offering excellent preventive and curative control. Compared with conventional fungicides, thifluzamide demonstrates clear advantages in managing this disease. First, it exhibits remarkable efficacy against sheath blight at low application rates—approximately 20 mL per mu—and allows for flexible timing and methods of application. Second, it is readily absorbed through the roots or plant surface and translocated throughout the plant, providing a long residual period that typically exceeds 20 days. With fewer applications—usually a single treatment 20 days before heading or at the onset of symptoms—it can adequately protect rice plants. Only in cases of severe sheath blight outbreaks would an additional application be warranted. The second…
The 24% thifluzamide suspension concentrate is highly effective against rice sheath blight, offering excellent preventive and curative control.
Compared with conventional fungicides, thifluzamide offers distinct advantages in controlling sheath blight. First, it is highly effective against the disease, requires a low application rate—approximately 20 mL per mu—and allows for flexible timing and methods of application. Second, it is readily absorbed through the roots or plant surface and translocated throughout the plant, providing long-lasting protection that typically lasts more than 20 days. With fewer applications—usually a single treatment 20 days before heading or at the onset of symptoms—an adequate level of protection can be achieved. Only in cases of severe sheath blight should an additional application be considered. A second application should be scheduled about two weeks after the first, or around the flowering stage. Third, treated rice plants exhibit robust stems and healthy, deep‑green leaves, creating favorable conditions for increased yield.
Man Sui 24% Thifluzamide Suspension Concentrate is a uniquely formulated suspension that contains no organic solvents, making it highly safe for crops. At the recommended application rate, it can be used even during the panicle initiation and flowering stages of rice. It exhibits strong rainfastness, with its efficacy remaining unaffected even if it rains within one hour after application.
