| The chill of winter cannot dampen the fervor of project construction. The first-phase active‑ingredient project of Inner Mongolia Derui Biotechnology Co., Ltd., located in the Wuhai High‑Tech Industrial Development Zone, has entered the preparatory stage for commissioning and is expected to begin its first production run with raw material input within the year.

| On December 4, a reporter visited the project site and observed that staff at every stage were diligently performing their respective duties, with preparations for commissioning proceeding in an orderly and intensive manner. In the central control room, operators were focused on precisely calibrating system parameters; in the plant’s workshops, maintenance personnel meticulously inspected and tested equipment; and in the laboratory, technicians were systematically fine-tuning various analytical instruments. From the core production area to the supporting functional zones, preparatory work across the entire value chain has now entered its final sprint phase. |

| Inner Mongolia Derui Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hebei Derui Chemical Co., Ltd. The first phase of the project involves a total investment of RMB 320 million, covers approximately 256 mu of land, and plans to build production lines with an annual capacity of 6,000 tons of 2-chloro-5-chloromethylthiazole, 5,000 tons of thiamethoxam, and 3,000 tons of thiacloprid technical grade. Currently, the project has completed four production workshops, one central control room, one multi-purpose building, five specialized warehouses, as well as supporting facilities such as a hazardous waste storage facility, a liquid chlorine storage facility, and a tank farm, thereby establishing a complete industrial layout encompassing “raw material storage–production processing–finished product storage and transportation.” |

| “The production workshop has completed full-system commissioning, with all stages—from individual equipment testing to the integrated operation of automated control systems—meeting the required standards, thus fully satisfying the conditions for trial production,” said Tian Haibo, Manager of the company’s Production Management Department. He added that operators have undergone comprehensive system training, and critical components such as safety devices and automated control equipment have passed thorough inspections. By December, the entire process flow will be fully operational. |

| Speaking about the product’s market prospects, the company’s general manager, Song Jianhua, expressed full confidence: “Our products are all highly effective, low-toxicity insecticides that can effectively replace traditional high‑toxicity pesticides, aligning with the global trend toward a green transformation of the agrochemical industry and enjoying strong demand both domestically and internationally.” |

The project has implemented an end-to-end intelligent system, spanning from raw material feeding to finished-product packaging, and employs a DCS distributed control system to monitor and adjust critical process parameters in real time, enabling automated production control and significantly reducing manual intervention. In terms of quality and safety, the company has established a comprehensive, full‑chain traceability system, rigorously adheres to the ISO 9001 quality management system and the ISO 14001 environmental management system, and is equipped with state-of-the-art environmental treatment facilities, thereby achieving dual improvements in green manufacturing and intrinsic safety. |

| By choosing to establish its base in Wuhai, the company is capitalizing on the region’s unique developmental advantages. “Wuhai and its surrounding areas boast an ample supply of raw materials, significantly reducing logistics costs; meanwhile, the local government provides robust support and a high‑quality, efficient business environment, offering comprehensive assistance for project implementation,” said Song Jianhua. Leveraging these strengths, the company plans to bring its full production capacity online by 2026, with annual output value expected to reach RMB 1 billion and annual profits and taxes exceeding RMB 100 million once operations are fully ramped up. |

| In terms of long-term development strategy, Derui Bio, with more than a decade of experience in the R&D and production of related products, has formulated a clear plan.
