On March 15, reporters learned that the State Administration for Market Regulation has developed the “National Food Safety Reporting System,” which is scheduled to officially launch in May.

　　The reporting system will further streamline internal whistleblowing channels for food production and operation enterprises as well as centralized catering units, encouraging and guiding food industry professionals and relevant personnel to proactively report food safety violations and major risk factors.
