| 8 On the morning of the 18th, the 2023 Dream‑Fulfilling Scholarship and Assistance Grant Disbursement Ceremony of the Gaocheng District Charity Federation of Shijiazhuang City was solemnly held at the Zhuorui Yunrui Hotel. Attending the event were Zhang Yinxia, Chairwoman of the District CPPCC and Honorary President of the District Charity Federation; Zhang Ning, Director of the General Office of the District Party Committee Standing Committee; Cui Jianping, Vice Chairman of the District People’s Congress; Liu Yulan, Deputy District Mayor of the District Government; Wang Yongsheng, President of the District Charity Federation; Jiang Chonglei, Party Secretary and Director of the District Civil Affairs Bureau; and Song Guohua, Deputy Secretary-General of the District Charity Federation, among other leaders. This is the seventh edition of the program, which has provided assistance to 67 university students—34 recent graduates, each receiving a grant of RMB 5,000, and 33 alumni, each receiving RMB 3,000. The Hebei Derui Chemical Co., Ltd. Charity Fund contributed RMB 20,000 to this initiative, and the company’s Deputy General Manager, Yin Minggang, attended the event on behalf of the company.
