In accordance with the Regulations on the Administration of Pesticides, our Ministry has established the Tenth National Pesticide Registration Review Committee. This committee comprises a chairperson, vice‑chairpersons, an office, and seven review panels—covering product chemistry, efficacy, residue, toxicology, environmental impact, production and distribution, and comprehensive policy—encompassing insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, plant growth regulators, rodenticides, and other categories. The committee is composed of experts and departmental representatives nominated by relevant departments and institutions; prior to each review meeting, members are randomly selected from among the committee’s roster as needed. The pesticide registration review process adheres to conflict‑of‑interest avoidance and confidentiality provisions, ensuring scientific rigor, fairness, and impartiality.

The list of members of the 10th National Pesticide Registration Review Committee is hereby circulated to you. All relevant departments and units are requested to actively support the work of the Pesticide Registration Review Committee, and all committee members are expected to fulfill their duties conscientiously, working together to ensure the effective conduct of pesticide registration reviews and making a positive contribution to the high-quality development of the pesticide industry.
