Hebei Brilliant Chemical Co. LTD. was established in March, 2006, a Private Chemical enterprise, mainly produces pesticide, pesticide formulations and pharmaceutical Intermediates. Company covers area of 53000 square meters, registered capital 51.8 million, and a total investment of 68.5 million.

Our company has been approved by MIIT to produce pesticide technical with the project of production of 1500 tons Acetamiprid technical. Our Acetamiprid（PD20120812 ）and Imidacloprid （PD20121147) have got Pesticide Registration Certificate.

Our products include 2 - chloro - 5 - methyl - 1, 3 - thiazole（Productivity 1,000 tons / year）, Imidacloprid technical, Acetamiprid technical, 7-MCA（Pharmaceutical Intermediate ）, 7-TMAC（Pharmaceutical Intermediate ）.

Our company is located in Hebei province GaoChengShi chemical industrial park where passed overall regional environmental planning EIA and provincial inspection. Public facilities include Power management station, water plant, Tian Xin Heating Co., Ltd., industrial sewage treatment plant (200,000 tons/ day) in the park, to ensure the normal producing needs. And the traffic is quite convenient, close to Shi Huang Expressway, 308 State Road, and Shi De railway.

Now we have 159 staff, including 6 senior managers and more than 20 professional and technical personnel’s (including engineers). Technical workers in workshop graduated form junior college or technical schools take more than 50%.

Our company has production facilities and equipment. The workshop has been achieved DCS control. What’s more, we have got Discharge Permit from Hebei Province Environmental Protection Authority, Work Safety License from Provincial Bureau of Safe Production Supervision and Administration and passed safety standardization level 3.

Company based on ISO9000-2008 quality management system, the preparation of the implementation of a comprehensive quality control of the "Quality Manual" and strictly enforced. We have 11 full-time quality control personnel and have all analytical instruments which the corresponding products standard needed.
